Anne Pelletier, Managing Member

Mrs. Pelletier has over 20 years of experience investing in the mining industry. Mrs. Pelletier was a lawyer in both the private and public sectors, including as a banking and corporate lawyer at one of the world's largest law firms. She has advised companies on various financings and M&A transactions, including structuring, governance, and regulatory matters. She has developed significant experience and knowledge of the global mining industry. 

Mrs. Pelletier holds a Master of Laws (LLM) degree in international business law from McGill University and is fluent in French and English.
